Banana Tea Bread


What’s known as Banana Tea Bread in The Essential New York Times Cookbook: Classic Recipes for a New Century by Amanda Hesser. I was surprised by the flavor – it was very banana. It definitely is a good quick breakfast, or even a quick dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delish.
